Fred Deschenes

Fred is a licensed Construction Supervisor, holds a Home-Improvement Contractor's license, and has over 20 years of experience in the field. He oversees all projects from the site-work to framing and finishing.

Fred started in the construction industry in 1986 working for Picariello & Drewry Construction and later Butler Builders. In 1992 he left to start F.L. Deschenes Construction.

Fred appreciates a diversity of building projects from built-ins and renovations to additions and new construction. He really enjoys the detail and craftsmanship of finish carpentry.
Charlie Butler

Charlie has over a quarter century of experience in the construction industry. He graduated from North Shore Regional Vocational School in 1983 with a specialization in carpentry. Prior to joining F.L. Deschenes Construction in 2002, Charlie was employed by Heritage Builders And Butler Builders. He delights in the variety of construction work, especially framing.
Mark Michaud

Mark has been with F.L. Deschenes Construction since 2007. He has a diverse set of skills; with 7 years of experience with Coastal Telecommunications, wiring and programming networks, in addition to 10 years of metal working and sign-shop fabrication with Salem Sign and Acme Sign. Mark enjoys demolition and the kinetic pace of construction.
